Things to know and prepare before travelling to Jaipur, India
We recommend you to arrive at August 30th which is a day before the event. If you plan to join our group tour after all conference program ends, We recommended you to depart on September 3rd. In case you are not joining group tour, You may depart on September 2nd.

Jaipur is served by Jaipur International airport (JAI) having national connections from most major cities in India and the Gulf countries, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur internationally (indirect flights requires transfer at New Delhi or Mumbai or Bengaluru).
Jaipur’s main train station is Jaipur junction (JP) with connectivity from almost all major cities in India.
Prepaid Taxi Services: You can opt for prepaid taxi services available at the airport. These services are relatively affordable and provide a convenient door-to-door transportation option.
Shared Cabs: Another economical option is to look for shared cabs or carpooling services available at the airport. This can help split the cost of the journey with fellow travelers.
Book or Schedule an Uber/Ola Car or auto rickshaw dropping you directly to JECRC Foundation.

Here are mainly two kinds of buses running in between these two stations. Both the buses charge an almost equal amount as a fare.
